• Documentation: A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.

• Customized or personalized items.

• Intimate apparel or sanitary goods (if applicable).

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your request.

• Inspection & Notification: We will notify you via email once we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the inspection.

• Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• Timeline: The refunded amount will reflect in your bank account or credit card within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's internal policies.

4. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We take utmost care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage to initiate an exchange for the same item.

5. Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if handled by our logistics partners) will be deducted from your total refund amount.
